Brynn
Brynn Warren was diagnosed with cardiomyopathy at birth. She’s one of five sisters, three of whom suffer from the diagnosis. But Brynn’s journey took a turn for the worse, and she spent about a year in the hospital before her parents got the call that Brynn was getting a new heart.
