1. 75,000+ New Donor Registrants
More than 75,000 Kentuckians joined the donor registry for the first time, choosing to give hope and healing to others across the Commonwealth.

2. 50+ Children Supported During their Transplant Journey
We supported children, from 7 weeks to 18 years old, across 14 Kentucky counties – helping families with gas, groceries, rent, utilities, and car repairs during recovery.

3. Critical Support for Adult Transplant Patients
49 adult post-transplant patients received assistance to help stabilize life during recovery and focus on healing.

4. Dignity and Care for Donor Families
We supported 30+ donor families across the region with burial, cremation, transportation, and lodging assistance – honoring their loved ones and the extraordinary gift of life.

5. $1.7 Million Raised for Impact
Thanks to generous donors and partners, $1,723,045 was raised in 2025, fueling education, registry growth, and direct support for transplant patients and donor families statewide.
