Community Care Circle – Official Launch

What is it?
The Community Care Circle is Donate Life Kentucky Trust’s new giving society, created to build dependable, year-round support for transplant patients, caregivers and donor families.
How it works
Supporters become members with a recurring gift of $20 or more per month. Every member and every recurring gift matters, regardless of the amount.
Founding Members
Current recurring contributors will automatically be welcomed as Founding Members. Anyone who joins by December 31, 2026 will forever be recognized as a Founding Member. Founding Members may designate their giving in honor or in memory of someone special.

Community Care Circle members will receive:
• Exclusive Community Care Circle lapel pin
• Invitation to an annual member gathering
• Special discounts on select merchandise and event tickets
• Regular stories and updates showing the impact of their giving
Founding Members will also receive special 2026 Founding Member recognition, a certificate and optional recognition on our Roll Call of Founders.
Why Recurring Giving?
A $50 monthly gift becomes $600 of care each year. That’s $600 to a family recovering from transplant in need of an air conditioner during a heat wave or heat during a snow storm. By building giving into a monthly budget, recurring giving allows you to set it once and continue your impact all year long.

Together, Community Care Circle members create dependable resources to meet real needs when they arise, from transportation, lodging and medication assistance. It’s practical care, right when a family needs it most.
