Supporting Transplant Families: A New Partnership with Caregivers Circle
At Donate Life Kentucky Trust, we know that behind every transplant recipient is a caregiver who sacrifices, worries, advocates, and loves—often quietly and with limited support. That’s why we’re proud to announce a meaningful new partnership with TCH Caregiver’s Heart, a virtual peer-led support community created specifically for caregivers of transplant patients.
Caregivers Circle is a safe and welcoming space where caregivers at any stage—pre-transplant, recovery, or long-term support—can connect, share their experiences, and feel seen. Founded by transplant caregiver George Cecere, this initiative grew out of his own journey supporting a loved one through transplant.
Through this partnership, we’re helping to expand access to Caregivers Circle meetings and resources, ensuring that those who carry the weight of caregiving never have to do it alone.
What Caregivers Circle Offers:
- Virtual meetings multiple times a month
- Peer-led discussions and shared stories
- A supportive, understanding community
- A place to talk openly about the highs, lows, and everything in between
This program is completely free to caregivers and accessible from anywhere. Whether you’re just beginning the transplant journey or have been on the journey for years, Caregivers Circle is here for you.
